Excellent vets, super friendly, never had any problems with them, highly recommended x
All the staff are so kind and thoughtful. It is a small waiting area and if busy I wait outside or in my car until the vet is free and they are happy to come out and let you know they are ready to see you. The care they provide is excellent.
Love coming to hitchin vets , receptionist are always so friendly and really helpful always get appointment on the day I need , vets are amazing always very informative , princess and Bear always enjoy their visits

I have dogs with complex medical and sometimes behavioural needs, and the team at Hitchin Vets have been absolutely brilliant. I’ve never felt judged or dismissed, they’re always kind, helpful and responsive, no matter how many questions I have. The reception staff are lovely and welcoming, and the vets take the time to talk through options, which I really appreciate.
