All the staff are so kind and thoughtful. It is a small waiting area and if busy I wait outside or in my car until the vet is free and they are happy to come out and let you know they are ready to see you. The care they provide is excellent.
Love coming to hitchin vets , receptionist are always so friendly and really helpful always get appointment on the day I need , vets are amazing always very informative , princess and Bear always enjoy their visits

I have dogs with complex medical and sometimes behavioural needs, and the team at Hitchin Vets have been absolutely brilliant. I’ve never felt judged or dismissed, they’re always kind, helpful and responsive, no matter how many questions I have. I go regularly to the Hitchin veterinary surgery with all my pets. The receptionists are friendly and efficient and there is a nice atmosphere in the waiting room. The vets are helpful and explain things very clearly. The vets and nurse are very kind and gentle with the pets, so it is less stressful for them. I would highly recommend this veterinary surgery for your pet care.
