Shortly after relocating to Chattanooga I began searching for a doctor that could manage routine health checks, along with seasonal ailments like allergies, flu, and the common cold. The day I called Hitchcock family Medicine, I was pleasantly greeted by the doctor and I had an appointment confirmed for 4:30 the same afternoon. Greatest experience ever. I was lucky enough to meet him and found out his program and due to traveling all the time I rarely see a doctor but when I needed to see my regular doctor I was told 2 months! Doctor Hitchcock has tended to my needs personally and has checked on me personally. I cannot say enough good things about him.
Best experience I've had in years. What Dr. Hitchcock offers is the closest thing to modern meets old school I have experienced. It has been refreshing to not feel like a time slot or number. The focus is on quality for the patient while not compromising quality of care. I recommend them to everyone!
