RecommendedDr Matt is awesome unlike a lot of offices you do not sit for hours waiting to see a dr you are seen on time when you are scheduled.
We recently joined Hitchccock Family Medicine and are extremely happy with the service they provide. I haven't had to wait to be seen and the visits are thorough and fast. I'm not sitting in a patient room waiting for the doctor. I also love that I am able to contact him directly with any questions or concerns.
Dr. Hitchcock gives you his full attention and enough time during your appointment to discuss your concerns. He is very knowledgable and easy to talk to. They care about their patients!
Not only does the Doc have a great conversation with you during your appointment but he does not push meds for everything you have going on. He tries to look at the whole picture and CURE your issues, not cover them up with meds. I like that he offers deep discounts (sometimes free depending on what samples are available) medical supplies and I can usually get them after hours at my convenience.
The entire practice has been an awesome experience from day one. To Dr. Hitchcock I am not a number or just some patient file, but instead I am known individually. Unlike other doctor offices, here when I show up at my appt. time I see the doctor right away! We sit and talk about what's going on in my life and what issues I am having. No waiting for hours in a room, but instead immediate personal care. I can't recommend Dr. Hitchcock and his staff enough!

Switching our family to Dr. Hitchcock was one of the best decisions we've made. He truly cares about his patients and takes the time to listen and treat his patients properly. His unique approach with concierge medicine is so refreshing.
