RecommendedWe enjoyed being downtown. We walked around all the floors and looked at the art. Spectacular . The beds were very comfortable. We will go back there next time we are in town.

Dirty, no parking and terrible customer service. Urine in the elevator, feces in the hallway, terrible breakfast and I was over charged on my rm and then hung up on when I expressed disappointment. The manager admitted to over charging me, but said he was not going to give me a refund because of my bad attitude. Wow! Misogyny at it’s finest.
