Amazing, professional staff, and one of the best hotels in Cheyenne. They make you feel very safe, in a some times sketchy after dark town. Thanks to the Plains Hotel

BUT the elevator is REALLY small!
Staff was amazing and friendly. Zero complaints about them. The utter lack of cleanliness of the room however, is another story. What looked like mold in the grout of the tile in the shower. Unknown black gunk at the opening of the tub's drain. Large dead bug on the bathroom floor. Hallways reeked of cigarette smoke. I could go on but I feel the urge to take another shower. I refused to use theirs.
