I originally left a positive review because my first visit was great. Unfortunately, this most recent appointment felt combative from the start. The exam was brief, and when I asked for a couple of specific tests, I was told I didn’t need them. Vaccines were pushed even after I said I wasn’t interested, and the conversation kept circling back to insurance coverage instead of my concerns. Dr.Kikawa is a very responsible and caring doctor. The consultation was pleasant and relaxing, and he carefully examined every concern I mentioned. During the examination, he kindly reminded me to stay relaxed throughout the process.
Did not seem like he care about me as a patient did little examination and gave me difficulty when asking for referrals.
He is very patient to explained the check up
