Mel provided a first class service. He understood our needs and went above and beyond to help us sell and even supported our buying process. He was realistic with valuations and how long it may take to sell. And ultimately, didn't waste our time with unlikely prospects - this was important to us. Also he is very knowledgeable and experienced A really good experience. and highly recommended.

What can I say, whilst I never met Mel in person, I felt like I had known him ages and I that I was speaking to a friend. I purchased my first home with Mel and Hipps and the support I received from Mel was first class. He was also so responsive and would answer my messages any time and no question was any trouble. Like a lot of home buying, it was a pretty stressful process and Mel reassured me along the way. I highly recommend Mel and Hipps and really cannot thank them enough for helping buy my first home.

I have recently sold my property and bought a property via Mel. Excellent service and always looking to make things happen. Mel knows what he's talking about, but he's also respectful of your opinion without being pushy - unlike other estate agents I've spoken to in the past. Highly recommend their service.

Mel has been fantastic right from inquiring about a viewing through the entire offer/conveyancing process and even after completion. Always quick to respond, and always went the extra mile to make sure we were kept in the loop when we were not getting responses elsewhere. Could not have asked for someone more friendly and approachable than Mel. He made everything easy and would highly recommend!
