My daughter bought a car from your dealership. I’m a fleet manager and deal with a lot of garages. I’ve never heard of a garage that can’t find the recordings of the phone calls between the customer and the sales team. There has been no further communication despite my daughter trying several times. I would like a further investigation into this matter. You have cancelled my daughter’s contract with you and are now demanding a cancellation fee from her. Disgusting practice from a company.
Very Friendly and efficient service, more than happy to explain everything in detail. They go out of their way to help you out. Would highly recommend it. Victoria was very helpful although she was new to the job.
