We are new to Colorado Springs and stopped by just to look at vehicles. Jackson was so pleasant to work with that we drove off with a new truck. He listened to what I was needing/wanting in a vehicle. Pleasant experience.
I visited the service department at Crown Acura today for service to my vehicle. John Shaw assisted me with an early appointment to get my car fixed. The process was great - he's always such a pleasure to work with. Thank you again!
I purchased my car from Ed Napleton in Elmhurst. This morning I brought my car in because various indicator lights were on.(engine, electric parking brake and the red park light). The Tech asked some questions and indicated it is would be $145.00 for the diagnostic check. The problem I am having is I just brought my car in last month for the service maintenance. Why an I right back here this month. Not happen. Granted the 145.00 is applied toward the repair. Just venting. Lol
While I cannot speak for Sales experience. I have no complaints from the service side. PPA has kept my NSX running since I moved to the springs. Kudos to Brian and Paul, the new alignment set up so far is much better than my last track set up. I'm not big on 5 stars, but for that, prices would have to drop, I should get a home cooked meal, and some of those old NSX posters on the wall. :-) Cheers!
I have been using Harper Service for almost ten years and have been completely satisfied. After working with them for so long I know I can trust them to do a good job. I highly recommend their service department for any of your car care needs.
My wife and I were new to the Denver area, we wanted to get an SUV type vehicle. We found Pikes Peak Acura using the Costco member auto buying program. Our experience was very pleasant beginning to end. We got the vehicle we wanted at a very fair price, the customer service we received was very good. As an example, Bruce our sales person noticed some dents in the roof and hood from hail just as we were about ready to pull off the lot. I am on a road trip and noticed my car was leaking oil. I still have a long way to go and wanted to make sure all was well with my car. AJ and Brian offered exemplary service by checking my oil filter which was loose and running my car through the car wash. They said their service was complementary and to have a great trip. I feel so happy knowing I will be safe and not have any problems. If I lived here I would be thrilled to bring my car back. Thank you for your kindness Acura!
Just bought a new ILX from Pikes Peak Acura and I couldn't be more satisfied with the sales experience. Michael Prebble, my salesman, was great. Very attentive, listened to my needs, and worked diligently to deliver a premium product to me. The entire dealership worked together very well to make sure I was treated to a professional experience. Definitely consider this dealership if you're in the market for a new or used car.
