After a stressful and unsuccessful visit with Acura of Seattle(Southcenter), I was delighted to find the opposite experience when purchasing my new Acura TL at Hinshaw's Acura in Fife. Alan was wonderful and we had the opportunity to meet with the manager, Mike. All of the cars are reasonable with their starting price. I am detailed and quite particular but Alan listened and understood all of my concerns. I definitely recommend this dealership.

Great car. Great buying experience. Intelligent and fair people. At the end of a long day of test drives, we immediately found the right car and a knowledgable sales rep in Keith J. @ Hinshaw's. I purchased my Acura MDX from Hinshaw's Acura. The staff helped me choose the right car for me and my family. We are glad we made the decision to buy at Hinshaw's. I continue to use Hinshaw's Acura to service the MDX. They take great care of me and my car. In fact, I also take my Honda there for service. Fortunately, I haven't needed any service other than routine maintenance because I have no troubles with my MDX. Service is quick, professional, and reasonably priced.
