I came in as a new buyer with many question and no direction, i was greatly helped and able to drive awaye with my first car with ease
I bought a lexus GS350 from Audi clearwater, my sales consultant was Henry Hasbun, he is an excellent sales consultant at Audi Crown, he is very good and sold this car without any pressure, finance was very helpful to get a good rate and also the the paper work was done in a very short time. Henry also helped me to get two new tires, and got a second key which is fairly expensive. He also changed vipers a week after I bought the car without any hesitation. Also did car wash after changing the vipers.
Fantastic people in their service department. They always go above and beyond in their attention to detail. They provide a loaner that gives me a chance to test drive the newer models. During my last visit, I accidentally left my briefcase in the backseat and the service people tracked down the customer who had the loaner the following day and retrieved if for me. Outstanding customer service is all I can say.
This is the most weird dealership I’ve ever encountered as the manager refused to give me the out of door quote for Acura RDX I was test driving.
I had a wonderful experience here. The salesmen who helped my friend and I was Blake. He was very respectful and very understanding of the situation. My friend was the one buying the car, but Blake still acknowledged me and asked my opinions and didn't just ignore me as I find a lot of men working at dealerships do to women. He never once seemed frustrated even though my friend was being a pain and didn't know what he wanted. Blake was a joy to work with. He introduced himself. He was honest about each individual car & he listened to what I wanted. He gave great customer service- the kind of service you don't get anymore. I hope he is recognized for his great service.
My husband had his Acura serviced here. He said he had a great experience. It went a lot faster than he was expecting and the waiting room had nice LEATHER recliners to watch tv in.
