Service department is outstanding. I have been using Hinshaw's to service my Acura's and Honda's since 1991 and have never had any issues. Honest and always friendly.

I bought a used car from Hinshaw Acura in Fife WA , my check engine light came on right away . I took it back right away they turned it off and said the gas cap causes this issues . a little over over s month my car blew up. . The manager of the used cars said they just sold over a 9,000 dollar car to a costumer and it was taking quarts of oil every week and wasn't under warranty and he bought a car from his son that was also bad . Purchased a 2004 Acura MDX from Hinshaws and I enjoy my 'new' vehicle. Keith was pleasant to work with and I didn't feel pressured into purchasing. Keith had my car waiting for me out in front with the black paint shining in the sun. Thanks for helping me get my first luxury SUV! The price would have been better if it was lower, but I can't expect to have a nice car without paying for it :)
Just purchased a 2014 Acura MDX from Hinshaws. They were fair, straightforward and respected my time. They made an offer, I countered and we came to a fair agreement. The salesperson was professional and the sales manager came out to make sure I was happy. I am 100% satisfied and I highly recommend Hinshaws.
Do not go. These guys treated me a woman buyer like I was stupid. They offered me a very low trade in and didnt reduce the sticker price of the new car I wanted to buy. I spent about 2 hours going back and forth. I felt beat up. I left and looked up the same car on Build your own Acura on Acura.com. I called lynnwood Acura and they made the deal with me, saving me over $3000 for the exact same car and options except I bought a new 2014 instead of the 2013 they tried to sell me. I will never buy another car from these guys.
Hey Guys I have an 2005 Aucra TL 6 speed man 160k and 2003 Toyota Camry 103k serviced at Hinshaw for prevoius 3 years. The service and parts departments are excellent. Kelly service department is beyond approach. All members of his team are professional with explaining every detail that my autos require to make the second 100K as pleasant and trouble free as the last 100k.
