Just had appointment at surgery for ongoing illness and just want to say, you are amazing!!! Was a bit of a wait and people were mumbling, be grateful for the wonderful service we have. Sometimes you may have to wait but that's because they give everyone time for consultation, never feel rushed. Thank you again guys, you're absolutely awesome
The doctors are good, some I find more helpful than others but I think what makes this surgery shine is the organisation that goes on behind the scenes. You can get an appointment usually pretty quickly if needed, you can also speak to someone over the phone with very little wait or book online quickly. The receptionists are also the nicest team I've come across. They always seem super busy but always really lovely. It's just a shame more surgeries across the UK aren't as well organised but I'm glad I'm in the catchment area... read more
Went from being one of the best doctors around to the worst, receptionist thinking they're are qualified doctors , having to explain what you need an appointment for even if it's a personal reason it's so degrading aslo awkward and difficult to talk to , no help what so ever regarding appointments , prescriptions .. everything is online now , new doctors are shocking, can't wait to get you out of the door the moment you walk in.. refused to clean my ears probably because I'm a UK national, absolutely gone down hill since Dr ... read more
