RecommendedGreat food and great hosts best breakfast in the city
Absolutely delicious food and incredibly pleasant staff! Had the "Hangover" sandwich (an everything bagel, complete with Bacon Jam, fried eggs and suggested scrapple, but I went with bacon instead) and served with fries! Only a 30min wait and since it was BYOB the mimosas helped the short wait for the food to fly by...) Would totally recommend this spot to friends and families 😁

The food and the service was excellent.
I just wanted to Thank The Hinge. We had a birthday dinner Friday night with 18 ladies. They served us the most delicious dinner. We had some favorites - shrimp bisque . Steak Oscar , crab cakes...their pear salad all great choices. They went above and beyond to make our dining experience fantastic. Our waitress Cali was top notch. We enjoyed every second ... highly highly recommend the hinge

Sit down while I tell you a tale... It was a late Saturday morning when I had the sudden, precise craving for pancakes and a bagel. Nothing more, nothing less. I thought to myself, “maybe I should order ahead at iHop or go to the diner down the road...”. Then it dawned on me! There’s a café just around the corner from me that I’ve been to a few times!
