Awesome food and you can't get better service. It's very clean and well maintained and the people are very friendly .
We had an amazing Fathers Day breakfast today! We had the best cinnamon bun pancakes ever. Thank you for the great service and food!

Work in the industrial area of between Erie and Luzerne...Always looking for good places to eat that are close. Kept seeing this place on Yelp and the reviews were good. Finally got to host a lunch meeting with a colleague who loves to visit local spots because he travels...Well, Hinge Cafe was AWESOME! Our waitress was Bridget. She was friendly and welcoming... It's a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. But most importantly, the food was delicious. If you're in the area...stop in! Well worth it. Reasonable too!!
I always get the creamed chipped beef, it's delish....I heard the bananas foster french toasts is awesome. Will be getting that next time.
My sister took us there for breakfast yesterday. Mine & my mom's first experience there. Food was great & so is the staff. Can't wait to come try the lunch & dinner menu.
