Stayed there one night was on 3rd floor 337. Don't let the lobby fool you. It was musty in the room and the smell of whatever they sprayed to correct that issue gagged me as I entered the room. The drain on the shower didn't work well so there was calf deep water during my shower. It was a very disappointing.
I had a double room that didn't have a microwave, the bathroom ceiling was stained it was leaking , the toilet was not flashing you had to continuously repeat ! The walls was peeling. I was confused of this one hilton ! Would I recommend anyone? Absolutely not until you guys did something
I travelled all the way from Toronto only to be turned down because they couldn't accept debit card for payment. The lady who spoke AT me not to me needs refresher courses to deal with clients.... Food was horrible.... But the lounge was great....
Lots of fruit flies at Breakfast omelette condiment area. Found a plastic small paper in the mushrooms. The hygiene issue at the kitchen needs to be looked into.
