Well, our room was really not up to the standard that was expected from a Hilton hotel, the carpet was dirty, there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. The water in the bathtub wouldn't completely turn off, there could have been more towels in the room and after flushing the toilet it would continue to fill up for quite a few moments. When you think of the Hilton...You think of royalty..Excitement....Lavish living!! When I checked it my room looked like a Motel 8.....Soo disappointed.....Old carpeting...Basic beige paint no refrigerator no microwave....Just basic!!!
Purchased a couples package for after having a long day discovering D.C. (30mins away). The package included chocolate covered strawberries to our room, a dinner for 2 with a complementary house champagne, & breakfast for 2(available room service upon request). It didn't go exactly as planned. They didn't really know what we were talking about when we checked in.
