As a DJ/Event Planner we were very impressed with the help we received from management. A worker had told us there was no white skirts for the stage but management quickly found us white skirts before the wedding ceremony started. THANK YOU! Staff was fast and friendly when it came time to flip the room from ceremony to reception. A/C was blowing great. Best of all bathroom were clean. Tell a lot about a Hotel/Venue. When we arrived the toilet was running and hmy husband fixed it to stop it. Obviously no one checked the room because there was no hair dyer. It took two calls to get a hair dyer and then it was too later my hair was dry and we had to leave. The major problem was I was up most of the night. Someone was playing loud. Really loud music. It had that continuous beat that could dive one crazy. This never stopped until 2:15 or. Needless to say I am exhausted. Why does someone else not monitor the halls. On the good side. Great staff, room was huge and comfortable. Bedding was clean, bathroom was clean. Starbucks coffee was delicious. Convenient location near shopping and dining. Lots of parking, nice property overall. The only thing I noticed that fell a little short was upkeep like the outdated elevators and paint chips in the hallways and room baseboards that had they kept up with it, it would've made the hotel even nicer. It was a little odd that the room had no fridge or microwave, but it didn't effect our stay.
