Elba at front desk, Kamal behind the bar with Angela were all top notch! Room was clean, comfortable and hot water pressure of shower in the morning was great. Enjoyed my stay . Thank you
Food and beverage needs improvement. Housekeeping was very good up until the last few days of my stay and then it was hit and miss.
Brown water when first turning on shower. Visited during a major youth soccer tournament, (Bethesda) which preffered we stayed here. Wanted yo have team eat pizza together, were told we weren't allowed to bring in outside food.
We stayed at the Hilton in Gaithersburg one night, October 13, 2017. We checked in after 3 p.m and checked out approximately 8:30 am on 10/14, leaving the keys at the front desk. We had prepaid by cc for this one night stay. Everything about our stay was satisfactory. However, on or about 10/16 a charge appeared on our credit card for two additional nights. The room was clean and worth the money for a few night stay, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good...and great service....was very pleased with our stay here. Had a meeting here and the meeting rooms and the food was outstanding. i would definitely would stay here again.
