They are amazing here. They go above and beyond for their guests. Yesterday, when we got in, my mom realized that she didn't bring her body wash with her....she called the front desk and they said they haven't gotten their shipment in yet, but they would get it for her...she was told don't worry about it that's what we do for our guests...unfortunately I don't remember who she spoke with...but the customer service here and with the Hilton Brand is always amazing.
We're from the west coast and its our first time to be in an east coast hotel. Hilton in the west coast were a lot better. I have not been to a hotel that doesn't provide a complimentary bottled water for your morning coffee. There's coffee packs and coffeemaker but no bottled water and there was only one paper cup.They put two glasses but no mugs. They have a complimentary wifi but the signal was so poor. Terrible!
NOT up to typical Hilton standards. Also, who in their bloody right minds allows a wedding to begin at 6am with ridiculously loud music? You can hear it throughout the entire hotel, and we’re on the 8th floor. This ruined the stay. Stay elsewhere.
Friendly, willing, and extremely helpful staff. If you’re in the area and need a home away from home, Hilton Washington DC North/Gaithersburg is the place you need to stay!
