Great location in heart of Miami. We had a superb room on 10th floor with an amazing view to the bayside. E-checkin with digital card available. Staff very friendly and professional, especially Amaurys the night manager and Phil the F&B manager were very kind to us. I would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel, staff nice! Big room ,Great view! Pool was refreshing ! Buffet breakfast was crazy over priced with an ok tip 105.00!!! Ouch , good but ouch! They let us have a late check out which was really nice!

El hotel es muy bonito , pero me pareció totalmente decepcionante que un hotel de esta categoría y lo que cobran por noche no tengan un médico de planta o aunque sea un kit de primeros auxilios. Las tinas de los baños no tienen tapetes, mi esposo se resbaló y se descalabro, el hotel nos dijo que no había ningún tipo de ayuda médica, ni siquiera se ofrecieron a llevarnos ya que no contaban con el servicio médico . Yo lo tuve que llevar al hospital , es realmente lamentable la atención que se tuvo .
