Employees were phenomenal as well as the customer service!
Rude staff, lazy staff, I don't know what I am doing staff. Check-in: "Welcome, here is your room key. Thank you for being diamond member. Staff was friendly but it wasn't the best stay. At arrival we were told the hotel was undergoing renovations and we wouldn't have access to the lounge and that it was a $25 fee to park. None of this was noted when booking the reservation-it would have been nice to get a heads up. This morning a pipe burst in the hotel resulting in the water being shut off and power out in portions of the hotel. It quickly became hot and stuffy at our end of the building. My children & I enjoyed every moment being in this hotel!! I hope u guys never change a thing. It was perfect n every way. Wish I could give this hotel 10 stars. Valet, front desk, customer service, the restaurant & their staff, the pool & our room were all amazing! Can't wait 2 go back. I will always book here. Again, our stay was beautiful in every way. Keep up the great work �
