Room was very clean, the front desk staff was very friendly and informative. I will say the parking situation was rather ridiculous, but in Miami, I guess it's okay. However, I can't excuse the restaurants in the hotel itself. My boyfriend & I tried to sit down at Brisa & waited a good 10-15 min for a server to seat us, mind you, we were looked at by other servers, but then ignored. Horrible service!! We were double charged and our account will not be refunded for 5 business days!
Too much fun pool on roof with a bar and restaurant with great service they bring your bags and park your car for which pretty cool
Such a beautiful hotel with an AMAZING view! The staff was so helpful & the pool is awesome! I suggest going up to the pool at sunset because the view overlooks downtown Miami.
