Terrible experience with Hilton and Horsfall. My mum recently passed away and we have been helping my step dad find a new home. Application has been in over a month for a home and still to this day no feedback and realised the house is now let out. I appreciate that it isn’t always a given to agree the let but given the personal circumstances behind it, no response good or bad is shameful for any business. At a time of worry and grief a simple call to note the outcome would have sufficed.
Our house sold in 6 weeks of going on the market and we had some great interest. We were impressed with the marketing and photos of our property and communication from Gavin. All of the team at H&H were honest, professional and responsive and accommodated viewings at short notice. Thank you to all of the team. We are due completion next week 😊
Shocking experience with this Estate Agency. Upon moving into my property that I had rented through Hilton & Horsfall I had numerous problems with the Landlord. I tried to get them to help me with the situation and instead they just passed on the email straight to the Landlords who came round and started shouting at me. I was told I was going to get a phone call from the Director of Hilton and Horsfall long ago- and of course this never materialised. I'd really recommend using a different Estate Agents.

Honestly, Mark, Gav, and everyone at Hilton and Horsfall are just the best! Selling my house with them was such a great experience. Even when things got a bit complicated with the chain, they were so on top of it, got it relisted super quickly and sold again in just 3 days! Plus, their photography is outstanding!!
