Good location but parking was a pain because an event was there. Ice machine didn't work on my floor and when I told them they said they would fix but never did. Coffee machine didn't work in the morning so I had to go down to lobby for coffee! So a somewhat ok stay..

The staff at Hilton Garden Inn is always top notch! Rooms are always perfect! The beds make you never want to leave!!
I think it is a great place the bedding just right view is good friendly staff would stay again 5 thumbs up. Even have an infant an a toddler they love it hanging with grandma while mommy is down at a conference.
Bedbugs!!! Thanks for the one night of torture. Your lovely bedbugs in Room 913 ate me alive. Now I have a horrific number of itchy spots...I will NEVER stay at your hotel. You can keep your bugs.
THE HOTEL IS GREAT. Great rooms with a great view. It has very courteous and helpful staff. Progressive field is just a couple blocks away and the Rock and Roll HOF is about 1 mile away. I will walk it as the best way to see a city is on foot
