Unruliness in the halls, staff don’t seem to understand that a hotel is suppose to be a place your rest. Several groups of kids roaming the hallway without parent supervision

My friends and I recently stayed here. We had a wonderful time. We were able to check in early and we absolutely loved the staff. Tina and Jan were such a joy and we are looking forward to staying here again! Our room was clean and we also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It’s a quick walk to multiple restaurants downtown. We will definitely return.

I had a reservation for 12/15. My wife was in a serious car accident 2 days prior so I needed to cancel the trip. The Hilton Garden Inn Downtown has a no cancellation policy. Fine. Then I tried to change the date of the reservation to go in April and the manager stated that I would still need to pay for the cancellation fee for tonight, which is $117. They have no compassion there. There are many other hotels and airbnbs in the area. When we return in April, we will be booking somewhere else.
