I love Cleveland and we love the Cavs!! Sadly when we stayed here we were able to watch college basketball but was not able to watch the Cleveland Cavaliers on tv. Is it me or is there something wrong. It’s Cleveland Ohio people!!����
I didn’t get to stay in the room I booked, but still had a horrible experience with the staff of this hotel. After being advised by a manager that I would be refunded for my room (I booked through a third party), it never happened. When I called back, I got the run around, finally talked to a manager, and she was RUDE. I left a message for her supervisor, who was conveniently not in, but never heard back. I finally contacted the corporate office who “couldn’t” refund me, but sent me a Hilton gift card for the same amount.
~Okay Expected A Working Hot Tub & A Proper Gym With Working Machines And That Wasn't The Case. The Paying $18/A Day For Parking Was Unexpected As We'll, But They Made Accomodations And The Room Was Clean & Comfortable ...
Pleasant staff, comfortable rooms, prime location.
Upon check-in I found out that I was selected as a "Guest of the Day" so free upgrades ��. Room was very nice, food was nice and staff were all very nice I will be staying here every time I return to Cleveland.
The rooms were clean and super nice the staff was super friendly and the bar was awesome I would for sure stay there again
