Lot of things are unnecessary taken out on the name of COVID, ice Machine is ok but not having blankets in winter is not heard off. Please tell at booking bring your own Blanket in hotel. I had to really push FD to give me blankets but was sorry being Hilton staff as this is not common practice across Hilton. Staff at fd was nice though.
this hotel is so not worth the nightly rate. there are other hotels in the downtown area that are compatible (or cheaper) and much nicer. there are also hidden fees they don't tell you about until you check in.

Very friendly and helpful staff Loved the shuttle and drivers so knowledgeable about the city
It was dirty not polite at all . They were out of all of drinks at the bar .way too much money for simple drink.we will not be returning ever again.
Very clean, breakfast was great especially 10.00 for a family of four. Pool and hot tub were nice. Rooms very clean
