The best time and friendliest staff ever.. Hotel was super clean
Very disappointed. The worse bed I have ever slept on....anywhere. The bed actually sinks down in the middle of the bed. Woke up at 3 am with back, neck, and headache.
Room was great. Shuttle to Cleveland Clinic was most appreciated and a big reason we chose this hotel. Food in dining room was very tasty. But the biggest plus was the amazing staff who made us feel like old friends. I would definitely return.
