My friends and I drove 6 hours just to find that the hotel gave our room to guests who wanted to stay an extra day. The manager preceded to try to ignore us and tell us that since we booked through Expedia it was Expedia's problem, even though the hotel never informed Expedia of the problem! There were at least 3 other people in the hotel whose rooms were given away as well! Completely unprofessional!
