Useless GP Surgery, if i could give it 0 stars i would. They dont care about ur health, they just want to get rid of u as soon as possible! rude staff and they always leave things until last minute. Do not come here!!!!
The staff from reception absolutely rude and when they are speaking make you stress and don’t helping patients they are very very useless staff I mean reception staffs
Phone service very bad never pick up been told to ring in morning to make appointment for my son 8 am no answer till 9.30 am and very bad service on kids are ill don’t take them seriously when they are ill 3 weeks can’t see had to go to a different gp to get antibiotics for my child

From One of the best to one of the worst surgery in Leicester. Poor performance and customer service.
