The worst dentist ever. Had a small cavity in my tooth, the dentist made a big hole put some filling and guess what?! The hole is still there.
I had the absolute worst experience at this dental practice. Dr. Razul Khazal is by far the most unprofessional dentist I have ever encountered. She rushed through my appointment, made me feel belittled and when I returned with concerns about a poorly done root canal, she outright screamed at me in front of other patients. The humiliation was completely unnecessary and unacceptable. Thankfully, I recorded the entire thing and have already filed a formal complaint with the NHS. BUTCHERS DISGUISED AS “DENTISTS” Best to stay on that 18 and walk into a proper butcher instead . Bare in mind I’ve never had tooth problems up until I was stabbed in the gums which leaves me to constantly bleed.
Dr Irsad Ahmad Is an amazing dentist, he is always so receptive to my anxiety (I’m autistic) , he’s always been upfront with me about what he’s going to do. Before we have the appointment he always shows me what instruments he’s going to be using and explains why he has to use them. I went to this dentist 4 weeks ago to cover one of my teeth that I already covered 2 years ago by the same dentist but it doesn’t look like she e did anything to cover it. This time I saw the same dentist is called Rasul Khazul and told me that she will cover it for me but she needs to check my teeth and once she did the x ray, she told me that one of my upper right side teeth has to be cleaned and filled.
