Lost my cat because of no sense of urgency with the vet. Diego was rushed to an emergency vet after vomiting lots. I was advised to get full blood tests with Hillman. Blood tests came back a little high with liver so i was advised to give him a supplement for a week and some paste to help with furballs. A week later I went back and said his sickness is worse than ever AND HE IS NOT EATING, vet suspected FIP and advised hypoallergenic food EVEN THOUGH I SAID HE IS NOT EATING!!!! Unprofessional receptionist are very unkind not caring whatsoever not even bother to explain things
Excellent vets vetinary nurses and reception staff
We brought our dog in for a keyhole spay. Throughout the whole process the vets were very helpful and informative, and the operation itself went perfectly. The ladies on reception were always friendly and helpful, the whole process was made very stress-free. Cannot fault them at all!
