Heidi and Mya helped me with the replacement of my fob. They both kept me updated on the problems with getting the items from a third party. The wait was painful but Heidi and Mya kept at it, updated me and eventually resolved it. Thank you.

Since Heidi took over the management of 4 Elgin Ave, there has been a noticeable improvement in the property. She has taken a proactive approach, ensuring the space is cleaned up and addressing anti-social behavior effectively. As a result, the property is once again looking presentable. While some ongoing issues still require attention, I am confident that Heidi is well-positioned to see them through. Her dedication and hands-on approach have made a real difference.

We had a small leak and I contacted Mya at Hillgate Management and she was very efficient. She sent someone immediately the next day to look at it and a workman arrived 2 days later to fix it. In the meantime she called and followed up with us and reported back to the builder. That's the support one should get from a management company. Thank you Mya.
