Absolutely shambolic surgery . Receptionist is rude unprofessional & has no idea about patient confidentiality . In fact I would compare her to Mrs Trunshball . I will be changing my surgery. I have never experienced such horribleness from a NHS professional. Seriously the place needs new reception staff ones that really do put patient’s care at the four front of their duties.
Wish i could give 0 start receptionist very poor asking about appointments relating to wound care after discharge from hospital passing pillar to post to secatary and then sec says go back to receptionist When went back to receptionist rude abrupt staff member kept saying stop raising voice even though speaking normal tone absolute shambles and joke this surgery is and the receptionist
Horrendous staff on reception try to avoid giving an appointment, it's if they deem it serious enough it's a joke. Appointments are always 2 3 weeks away. We call when you open because we need to be seen the same day. This surgery has gone downhill rapidly and I am looking at changing practices because I am not getting the care I need from here.
Been a patient here since I was born. Never had a good experience, the receptionist staff are appalling and patronising. I have had an ongoing health issue for years but because i am young they do not care. If you value your health i’d recommend choosing a different Surgery
