Not bad if you don't mind waiting for long periods of time because staff prefers to answer the phone instead of waiting on people standing in line. I wouldn't take my dog to see them.

Brought my dog in with a severe ear infection (it came on really quick and he was in a lot of discomfort and pain). We were told the wait was going to be about one hour. After 3 hours of a wait time in the lobby, we finally got put back in a room. We waited another 10 minutes for a quick 5 minute visit. Yes he was there for an ear infection but the Dr didnt even look at anything else. For $87 youd think she would atleast listen to his heart and lung or look at the rest of him incase this was a caused by an allergy or somethi... read more

I love the staff, and they provide terrific care!
The last month I have been at Hillcrest more than my own Dr. My dog was attacked by my other dog while playing I thought I was going to lose her. I showed the pictures on my FB page I was devastated. Yesterday was our last visit hopefully until she needs her shots. Thank you so very much. I couldn’t ask for better care. Team work is what it’s all about. They treated me with respect and comforted me as I was traumatized. Thank you so very much. You have done so much for my Sassy Yes, I have removed the other dog for now.
I've been sitting here for 3 hours just to get my dog her vaccination and stool sent in. This is worse than going to swedes or saint Anthony's
