Courteous staff great care and result for my lil man.
For people complaining about long Wait's, it depends on what time you go.We take ours mid morning & never have a long wait.We don't go at 7am or Saturday's
Used to love this place. Showed up Saturday at 11:58 to pick up prescription, doors already locked. Now they have shortened their hours which means longer wait times, and wait times are already long. Recommend finding somewhere else to go, I'll be switching after coming here for years and years.
I took my 2 year old Lab here for her Rabbies. I was concerned about her because she was shaking her head and digging at her ears. She gets ear infections. She also has been licking her tummy and butt and we noticed her scoot her butt. Dr. Murcier took a culture of both ears but looked in said it was ear infection. She told me to keep giving her Benadryl but if it doesn't seem to help she will give me something strknfef but it's not cheap. The released her anal glands. I was expecting a huge bill. There is not a better clinic!! I wouldn’t trust my German Shepherds health to anyone else but Dr. Long and the staff at Hillcrest.
They are so good with my cat and helpful to me when i have questions.
Yesterday I took my dog, Niko(a Great Pyrenees/St. Bernard/Lab) mix that I adopted from Big Fluffy Dog Rescue. I never thought I would leave him there as he crossed over the "Rainbow Bridge". I want to thank the staff at Hillcrest to include Dr. Kobus, technician Becky and others. Not only is the staff knowledgeable but they are also very caring. Niko was an amazing dog with the best personality and loved everyone. He will be in my heart forever!
We love Hillcrest and so does Tabby, Goldie, and Tuffy! <3
They are great Vets. Very kind and gentle. The wait can get long, but well worth it! Incredible people at the front desk!
