I have been taking my pets to Hillcrest Animal Hospital since 1980 (possibly earlier) and have always been impressed with the care they give the pets and the pet guardians.

Took my cat here because her breathing was irregular. She ended up having FIP and having to be euthanized at Hillcrest. I paid for the euthanization and to get her ashes returned to me. It has been months and I have never received her ashes. I am beyond disappointed and heartbroken as a pet owner. I will never take my animals here

I will say the receptionist was rude about it the first time we went. She pretty much threw us out. It was gordas first time, and she's an only dog. She's never been around other animals. It kinda upset me. But now that I know how gorda is I don't bring her in. She's not aggressive but she gets wild. Other than that I've never had any problems. I think the vets are great. And ver... read more

When I picked him up, he had a plastic drain inserted in his ear, but nothing was explained. He still had pus & infection in his ear, and the drain was emptying INTO his ear! There were no bandages, and no pain meds. Took him to Mulford Animal Hospital the following Monday & discovered he wasn't on NEAR enough antibiotics, and needed MORPHINE for the pain. They removed the drain & cleaned him up so well. The v... read more

We have been taking our dog to Hillcrest since we got him. We've always received great service and care. When we got our new pup we didn't think of going anywhere else.

Dr. Long was awesome. It was a busy Monday, but he was still very friendly and was very thorough. Personally called me and spoke to me about the blood test results for my cat. Definitely recommend him! Awesome guy!
