I had to put my cat down my sister recommended you and I'm so glad she did from the phone call to make the appointment to getting in being taken in right away and taking the time with me to make sure that I was comfortable there was no rushing there was no let's get this done they were so thoughtful compassionate, Danielle was wonderful explaining the process, and Dr. J was so thoughtful. You made a very difficult experience much easier to deal with thank you.
Horrible experience with the receptionist. She registered me under the wrong name then proceeded to be rude to me because I didn't tell her I was a new patient. We walked out right after that and will never go back. I will stay with Animal Clinic North in Machesney Park. Dr. Chris and the whole staff are awesome there!

Dr Beck was awesome, he explain everything to me gave me samples of food, and meds made us both feel happier. Very happy with the turn out. I'll be back there for the rest of bella's life. Thank you Dr Beck and your staff was great.
Everyone there are very pleasant people and great with the animals. So happy to be a part of the family.
Been coming to Hillcrest since we moved here in 1983. The staff is great, friendly and knowledgeable. Vets always listen and are well qualified to work with show dogs and specific reproductive issues. Walking in as opposed to appointment is a huge plus. Love Hillcrest and always recommend it to anyone looking for a good vet clinic.
