We lost or cat snickers last week and it was very hard on us but the staff did everything to help us even sent us a card after she passed. Living in a big city u don't think u are going to get the same treatment u would if u lived in a small town like I did growing up but hillcrest proved that theory wrong. It really is the best animal hospital in Rockford!!!! Thank u to the staff and especially Dr. Jerome.
Just wanted to thank the staff at Hillcrest. On Monday my little guy, Merry, crossed the Rainbow Bridge. After battling back from diabetes and seemingly on the right track to recovery, he was diagnosed with an inoperable tumor that affected his ability to digest food. Everyone who was present that day and evening were wonderfully sympathetic and kind.
