Granted it was busy, but if you're going to be a high volume veterinary hospital then start taking appointments like a normal office. Sat in the waiting room for 2 hours then got Sat in an office for another 45 minutes. Ridiculous! For a annual check up and shots should've been in and out. Wasted my whole day here. Furious!
Two words: MEDICAL MALPRACTICE. Criminals and murderers. Don't take your pets to this butcher shop. They literally don't care at all about your furry loved ones; the only thing they care about is making money off you and covering their butts when they make mistakes (which are often and frequently life or death). Don't risk the lives of your pets by taking them to Hillcrest, fully staffed by CRIMINALS AND MURDERERS.
I love this vet!!!! They are awesome, they take care of there patients. Nala and Simba like there doctors long and Jallen. They have taken such great care of them. I couldn't be happier. Even before I got the kittens I had an older cat named Aria and she was 12 years old, unfortunately it was time and doctor Mercer was great with her while I was trying to figure out what I was going to do and doctor Jallen helped it not be as hard as it could have been. this is the best vet in town!!!!
I just wanted to thank Dr. Mercer and Dr. Jallen for taking great care of my cat peppy! He had to spend a day at the hospital but now he is home and doing well. Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful!
Ive been taking my pets to Hillcrest since we moved to Trenton 17 years ago. I cant imagine what i would have done without them. Marvellous bunch... All of them.
