I waited an hour even after I had made an appointment. Here's the kicker... we had been traveling lately and my one changed time zones. so, my phone said our appointment was at 12;30. We csme in at 12;25....no other distractions around. The girl checked us in to the clinic. 1st appointment for this new puppy. Barking at everything and everyone. Was unaware of the need for an appt starting July 1st(?) Nothing on their reminder cards stating this. Leaving for vacation on Saturday & my dog can’t get his necessary shots till the appt. they offered us on July 29th... 3 days after we get back from vacation. 36+ hours away from leaving & can’t board this baby anywhere without updated immunizations. I work full time & my hubby just had surgery for a detached retina. Love the Dr’s but not offering any kind of help having been a customer for 20+ years 👎
as of July 1 st. you need A appointment didn't know that. if I was willing to wait awhile they could see if they could squeeze us in. wait wasn't to long. very nice staff!
We brought our dog Petey in last night thinking he was having a stroke and thinking the worst out come. Hillcrest immediately took Petey into a room while we filled out the paperwork since we had never been there before. Their staff was so caring and helpful to us. Petey was experiencing vertigo, and is already back to himself! Thanks to all of the staff and doctors at Hillcrest! Great job😁
On June 4, 2019 I lost my cat of 14 yrs. I can't say enough good about Dr. Jallen. He was very compassionate and helped ease the pain of a very difficult situation. He treated my "Alley" with respect in her last few hours on this earth. I know she will be waiting at the Rainbow Bridge for me. Hillcrest made the clay paw print for me and also sent a nice sympathy card in the mail. A very caring place. I have used Hillcrest from way back when Dr. Joeston started it. They have always been this way. I highly recommend them.
Dr. Jallen is the most compassionate vet. definitely would recommend Hillcrest and Dr. Jallen

Dr Berg has been treating one of our Saint Bernards for an issue with his eyes. Very caring and kind. We highly recommend the entire staff at Hillcrest!
