We were prescribed a medicine that WE CANT FILL ANYWHERE! they don’t go through 1800-PetMeds or any third party and when we asked them where to find the medication they told us it was our problem and that there wasn’t an alternative medication. We are absolutely furious!! My poor kitten is quarantined out on the porch because what he has is contagious to other cats and humans- Ringworm. They didn’t even tell us where we could fill it in town!
The doctors are very kind and helpful. They did all they could to help my dog. When she no longer could hold on they helped me get through it. I will forever be greatful. My husband and I were able to be with her when she was put down even though it was COVID. They provided protective gear. Thanks Hillcrest we love you guys. 5 Stars ⭐️

Dr. Long is amazing along with the others i am sure, I have always got a proper diagnosis the 1st time at this place and helped my pets if possible, its slightly more expensive than others put ya get what you pay for. i wish they would go back to walk ins but its ok they will try to squeeze ya in if needed..
no hours for the working person on weekends. I work monday through Friday until 6pm. you do not meet my needs or other people who work. we use to use this clinic because you cared about your clients man or animals. now to use your clinic I have to pay someone to take the animal there or forget the animals shots....
great vets and assistance, they love their jobs and the animals
