Amazing Dr's and surgical staff. Dr Hall, Dr. Mercer and Dr. Dehl are the best! ER is fully equipped and they have a clean room as well for contagious animals. Lobby and exam rooms are always clean.
My cat Jace had been struggling for a month with reoccurring blockages. He had been in and out of the hospital constantly, medical bills racking up. Other hospitals were booked out weeks or months to get him PU surgery to save his life. They were miracle workers, got him his surgery the morning after I called, transferring him from one hospital to another. Horrible place if business, I’ve been a client for many years here. When trying to make an appt for my cat to be seen, that they’ve neutered cared for for his 5 years of life refused to see him while not feeling well bc he is considered a new cliente for not being seen in over a year ... wouldn’t that mean he’s been healthy and well cared for not needed to be seen ?? turning away sick animals sure seems like a great practice for Veterinary hospital to follow. pathetic
Drs there are upfront about diagnosis and very caring. I had a few emergencies with my elderly dogs and they were terrific. Just wish they had more walkin availability for situations that are urgent.
I’ve been taking my dogs to hillcrest for nearly 10 years. today I called to make an appointment for simple booster shots and it was over 2 weeks to be seen. I guess it’s time to find a new vet.
Probably one of the shittiest animal hospitals around, my dog got his rabies done there last year and they claim that they didn’t have any records of it couple months later we found the records on paper from Hillcrest not to mention all their staff is extremely rude
