Alex was amazing from start to finish, even after our design was completed, she was happy to help with any additional questions we had. We were really struggling on how to lay the room out, we wanted to make sure it was going to be used to make the best use of our space, her guidance and expertise was second to none. We approached Alex as we were overwhelmed with decision making for refurbishing our 2 bathrooms, bedroom and hallway. To be honest we thought she would just provide some paint/tile/floor colour and material ideas but Alex provided so much more input than we could ever expect. Alex did multiple site visits and produced beautiful plans with detailed purchase lists to guide us. Making the decision to use Alex at Hillbrook was the best decision I have made in a long time.
