Our blinds and fitter have gone AWOL! We were due to have our blinds fitted today but the fitter, Richard (Chelmsford rep), called yesterday to say the blinds hadn't been deliver to him but promised to chase and call me today. I've called him, messages and spoken to customer care and not one person has actually bothered to contact me. I wish I'd seen recent Trust Pilot reviews because this seems to be an ongoing issue where blinds go missing, appointments are missed or never fitted at all.
