I was great service, but I was just in and out I did not have a chance to get to know any one yet. What are your office hours?
My wait was less than 15 minutes, it was 10 minutes but I guess that's not considered "late". I understand with the new office personnel it takes time to get to know people and LEARN TO PRONOUNCE THE NAMES correctly
They are always so nice at the front and greet you like you are family. Ann is always cheerful and asks about family and what I've been up to, while checking to make sure I'm remembering to floss.

My time is just as important as the Dentists is. Waiting in the chair for Over 15 min. Because he was with someone else just to check my teeth after cleaning is not professional. I left. Iam sure iit would be upsetting if I was late with the payment.
Met your new receptionist Heather. Always feel welcomed when I arrive. Very nice employees. Have been coming to your facility since we moved her in 1995 and plan to stay until we move from Lakewood upon our retirement.
