I would recommend two things, first when I arrived you were running about 30 mins behind at that point. I would suggest letting clients know that as soon as they walk in and not having them ask after they have been sitting there for 20 mins. It didn't end up being a problem that day but for someone it might have been. Tricia always provide superb care and education about my teeth. She is friendly, compassionate and engaging. She makes my visits desirable! I will defnitely miss Chris at the front desk.

Dental chair is a bit un-comfortable when being laid back--took a while to get used to having my head so far back--- maybe the head rest too far out of line with the back support. Clark
