It feels so comfortable at Hill View Dental, almost like family! I've been going to this practice for probably 30 years or more (Dr Wadsworth was Dr Speirs predecessor) and it has always been this way. Everyone is very competent from Dr Speirs to the hygienists to the dental assistants to the front office. Thank you staff!
All personnel were very professional. I was glad I was early as it seemed we all benefited.

Dr. Speers, It seems like your office is going through some changes. While I would never consider changing dentists, as you have never provided anything but top notch, excellent dentistry for me and my family, It is a little weird being asked for payment at time of service, before insurance has a chance to pay. I understand this may be a new procedure, due to a variety of reasons, but I really liked things the way they were, where we were just billed after a week or two... That's my only complaint. Patrice at the front desk was welcoming. Dr. Speirs explained to me what work I needed done and what was priority. Trish was very friendly and explained every step before she started. I have been back to see Dr. Speirs since my initial appointment. I received the same friendly service. My dental work took longer than expected. Hello...I was informed about how much OOP expense a crown would cost me after I had received anesthesia;I was completely surprised. The cost, over $800.00 seemed of little consequence to the dental staff (accept the receptionist). The unexpected expense completely depleted my savings! I felt totally accausted by both the expense and the physical trauma for about 48 hrs.
