Both the Hygienist and Dr Speirs were very helpful, courteous, and made sure I understood what was happening and what the future treatment entailed. Thank you!!
1. The front desk ladies, the hygienist, the Dr's assistant, and Dr. Speirs were outstanding. 2. The lady at front desk responded immediately to my request that the handicapped ramp be shoveled. She responded cheerfully and said, "I'll do it!" She immediately did it. In addition, she thanked me for letting her know where the handicapped parking and ramp was. 3. Dr Speirs filled a cavity even though he had a very busy schedule.
The changes to the waiting area are very beautiful & nice . . . I wouldn't have minded a little more time in the beautiful leather chair!
my hygienist ran into unforeseen traffic issues, no big deal.
Dr. Speirs is always nice, friendly and professional. His staff is thorough and respectful and make you feel comfortable.
For all the years we have been coming to your office, we have been offered a 10% discount for seniors who paid with cash or check. Now we notice an overall 25% increase for the same services. Even when you spend 2 minutes or less taking a quick look after our teeth cleaning. We believe that unless our cleaning shows problems, we have no need of your quick look at every 6 month visit. But at every other visit to save $$
Trish is the best ! Patrice (?) ask if we were there for an appointment, not sure why else we would be there. Noticeable increase in services, never mentioned until the total was presented. As soon as we stepped into the office, saw those new chairs and the big screen TV I should have known prices had gone up. seems a little "over the top" for a waiting room. Dr Speirs has certainly grown into a good role but it was tough to loose Dr Wadsworth. Not sure if the "Dr" exam is always necessary.
You guys are awesome. I have already referred a number of people becasue I am so impressed with the care!!!
I Love you guys, But sad to say because of the cost I can only afford to come once a year. But your the best!
